- ELO Rating - Your skill rating based on match results
- Cinch Rating - Converted skill rating (scale of 1.0 to 5.0+)

- Leaderboard Rankings - Your position among other players

Note: Your email address, date of birth, and precise location are NOT shared with other users.

- Queue history for 30 days
4.2 Deleted Accounts
When you delete your account:

- Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics

- Backup data is purged within 90 days
4.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be deleted. We will attempt to notify you before deletion.

Note: You cannot opt out of service-related communications necessary for the Service to function.

7. Children's Privacy
CinchCourt is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

For users between 13 and 18 years old, we encourage parental involvement in their use of the Service.
8. Location Information
8.1 Why We Collect Location Data
Location data is essential to the Service's core functionality:
- Park Discovery: Show nearby pickleball parks within 20 miles
- Proximity Verification: Verify you are near a park before joining a queue (within 2 miles)
- Match Assignment: Assign you to courts at the correct park
8.2 How Location Data is Handled
- Location is collected only when you have the App open and are actively using it
- Precise location is NOT shared with other users
- Location history is NOT stored long-term
- You can disable location access at any time through device settings
8.3 Your Control
You can manage location permissions:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > CinchCourt
- Android: Settings > Apps > CinchCourt > Permissions > Location
If you disable location access, you will not be able to use queue and matchmaking features.
9. Push Notifications
We use push notifications to provide real-time updates about:
- Match found alerts
- Queue position updates
- Group invitations
- Score submission reminders
- Match results
You can disable push notifications in your device settings or App preferences. Core game functionality may be limited without notifications.
